Hi there! - I'm Zain, the Director of Derwent Homes. I moved into property development following a successful and rewarding 6 years working as a resident doctor in the NHS. Although I still work part-time as a Registrar in General Internal Medicine, I spend most of my week in property development. I have a passion for finding solutions for our vendors including difficult-to-sell properties. If I wasn't a doctor I would have probably been an architect as I have a passion for structures and their interior design and implement this into any property I develop, giving my projects a unique edge when they hit the resale market.
